Delivery is free to the following postcode areas: SY, TF, LL, CH, CW. We charge £50.00 inc vat for stove deliveries to the rest of England, Wales and mainland Scotland. We do not send any items outside of the UK.
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt, subject to stock availability. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 working days we will contact you and you will have the option of cancelling your order, amending your order or agreeing a revised delivery schedule.
Please note that the delivery company driver may require a signature. Where goods are left to your instructions, the delivery will be deemed to have been "accepted", once the delivery company has carried out your instructions.
In the event that the goods do not arrive in perfect condition please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent. If the damage is noticed while the delivery driver is still present then the delivery should be refused. Once again please contact us immediately so that we can make the arrangements to ship a replacement straight away.
We take great pride in our customer service and in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchases from The Stove Company you may return them to us for a refund, unused and within original packaging, within the 14-day period as allowed under current UK distance selling regulations.
It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods to us. If requested we can arrange for a collection on the understanding that the full cost of returning the goods will be deducted from the eventual credit. We cannot refund delivery costs unless the item is faulty.
If you wish to return your goods within the above time scale you must first advise us by letter, telephone or email.
