Calfire Glass Fibre Woven Stove Rope
Suitable for most solid fuel stoves and boilers, this durable, heat-resistant rope ensures a secure and efficient seal. For best results, use with Superseal or Super Silicone.
Directions for Use:
Prepare the surface – Remove old stove rope and clean away any loose or flaky metal from the locating channel.
Apply adhesive – Use Hotspot Heatbond rope fixative, following the instructions on the container.
Install the rope – Press the stove rope firmly into the channel.
Trim to fit – Cut the rope with scissors, ensuring an end-to-end butt joint.
Allow to set – Wait 15 minutes before closing the stove door. The heat from the appliance will complete the bonding process.
Provides a strong, heat-resistant seal for improved stove efficiency and longevity.
