The Stove Company deliver to England, Wales and Scotland Only. Please be aware that certain areas of Scotland may incur additional carriage charges. This is not written into our ordering system, however, if you place an order and are in one of the additional carriage charge areas we will contact you to advise on the additional charge, If at this point you would prefer not to continue with your order we will arrange a full refund.

We are able to arrange delivery to Northern Ireland however in most cases this will incur additional carriage charges. This is not written into our ordering system. If you place an order for delivery to Northern Ireland we will contact you to advise on any additional charge, If at this point you would prefer not to continue with your order we will arrange a full refund.

If ordered items are out of stock you will be contacted by phone or email and informed of the lead time of your order.  If you would prefer not to wait until your order is available for dispatch we will offer a full refund of the purchase price.

Where larger items (eg. stoves) are ordered we will contact you either by phone or email to confirm a suitable day for delivery as these items require a signature on delivery.

If items are damaged on delivery please contact us ASAP (refuse delivery where a signature is required) so we can arrange replacement.

If you have received an order and no longer require it you may return it to us within 28 days at your own cost and we will credit you the purchase price less the delivery charge as long as the item arrives back in its original packaging and is undamaged.
